Why does it seem as though Iden is underutilized?

I don’t see a lot of people using Iden. And that confuses me because i think she is one of the best heroes in the game hands down.

1. Her health card is for stunning so she can stun with her droid and run for health
2. Her alt fire does a good amount of damage and has a good recharge rate.
3. Her shield is great at retreating or pushing through choke points like Kamino last phase
4. Her gun is like Phasma but better
5. Although her sniper is wierd (or buggy idk) when it charges, its like the Nt sniper (lost of damage but only one shots with headshots)

I see people pick Phasma for crying out loud. Not only is Phasma a worse hero than Iden, she isn’t that good of a hero regardless imo!
