Tell me there is help and I will share my story

Around two years ago in the month of June I was hacked. This was somewhat acceptable and a joke at first, however the severity of it increased rapidly and it lasted a very long time and then gradually ceased. Although throughout the past year, they occasionally dropped in and said information that they had gained about me. I’m not gonna post my story until I know if there is a way to solve this? I haven’t heard anything of them for awhile, however according to them and much proven with evidence they had been watching and hacking me for five years prior and on multiple different devices without my acknowledgement. Please, can someone here provide me with advice as the police at the time we’re quick to assume it was a friend. However if I could have told them the whole story without jeopardising aspects of my life, they would have know that this was not the case. Someone, help.
