Changed Light Fixture, Now Outlet Doesn't Work and Breaker Stays Won't Turn "ON" - PICS INCLUDED, PLZ HALP

Interestingly, the problem persist even if the light is off or disconnected. I would strongly prefer to fix this myself, so any pointers would be absolutely stellar. Thanks..!!!!!
