Can anyone give me a tip on how to get more LP per win?

Currently I am at silver IV and I feel like I really am able to climb higher, but there is this one problem. Even if I score an S+, A or B I keep getting ~+15 LP per win, and roughly -23 LP per loss. If you can give me any tips, I would be really happy!
