Brush recommendation for outside of Japan

I have a bunch of question so feel free to answer any:

1. Is Aliexpress the best option for outside of Japan?

2. I want to get a new brush, one that has hairs that "spring back", currently I am using one's with stiff hair that kind of behaves like a play-dough as in it just stays in the same position when you write a stroke. So I'd like to try the one's I am seeing which spring back to shape?

3. Also looking for a nice looking one, something like what this guy is using or just plain black/white/ dark brown wood but with that shape.

4. Also looking for a good recommendation for a those nifty fude pens, not even sure how to search for them and what's a good one to get. Also seen this used in a video, and I liked how the golden color looked, I don't know how to search for it on non-japan Amazon or Aliexpress either.
