Anybody getting random hangups?

My character keeps getting stuck. When I appraoched the first orb(?) She was stuck in a walking animation. After the fall into red she was stuck just before landing. The game doesn't freeze, she's still animated, but it won't recognize any inputs and I have to quit and restart.

Running 1440p at 144hz
