I think my RX 480 8gb is underperforming

So, I don't know what caused it to start, but it began a week or two ago I think, When I play Overwatch I am getting around 90-100 fps, but I used to get 150+ My VRAM usage looks low as well, around 500-700MB, I don't know how much I used to get and I play on the lowest settings (before and after the issue). My game also will get huge fps drops for 1-2 secs.

Edit: GPU usage is at 50%
