Thoughts on list?

Should I be running more plague marines? I really want to try and make Poxwalkers work especially since I just got the Necrosis model and I have Typhus. People keep saying I should run Plaguebearers but they're 10 points more than Poxwalkers.

Is Necrosis and Typhus enough to make them viable as well as pumping them with a bunch of Miasma of Pestilence and Putrid Vitalities buffs?

I'm not going to be playing super competitive, just against my friend who plays Eldar with Warp Spiders, Wraithlords, Wraithknight and what not
