Best way to find Locums jobs?

I am in the third year of IM residency and am thinking of doing locums work for a while before settling into a long term hospitalist job. Just wondering what is the best way to go about finding locums positions? Should I go through a recruiting agency(If so how do I decide which one?) or should I just try to find positions myself online?
