R9 390 died? No power and not detected.

I was basically stress testing the GPU after OC'ing while keeping an eye on temps. It didn't overheat, the temps were ok and then the PC just crashes. When I turn it back on, there's no display, the card's fans don't spin. Onboard graphics (Intel HD) work.

I'm not sure if the PSU cable stopped working suddenly or if the GPU died. I'm thinking it's the GPU as I've had artifacting and random crashes for a while now, and that OC stress test was the last nail in the coffin.

I've had this GPU for 1 year and 11 months and the warranty goes for 2 years I think. In Turkey, sometimes they don't accept GPU box and they want the whole PC case to test it themselves. Should I try to RMA it? Thanks in advance.
