Movement Glitch?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody else has been experiencing this glitch with the directional pad. So I use the left pad to move my character around, but sometimes (no matter who I'm playing as) the character barely moved in said direction or moves at a stupidly slowed down pace. The pad is held fully in the desired location, but sometimes my character just gets stuck in place. They'll turn at a normal rate, but they'll barely inch away from their spot. It's been costing me lots of preventable deaths because I simply can't move them out of harm's way.

Anybody else notice this strange phenom? At first I thought it was connection related, but it happens no matter what my wifi or cell data status is. No issues with attacks either, just movement.
