Op6 vs Op6t

I'm thinking about buying a one plus phone. Currently the only op6 available is the 256gb and 8 gb RAM at 530 U$D. Should I buy instead the 550 U$D 6t with 6gb of RAM and 128gb instead? Is the 2gb RAM difference important? Thanks
