I want to call my(25F) friend(24F) out about her inconsistency in our friendship and unwillingness to compromise. Was it worth it?

I have been friends with my very good friend since my third year of college. So about four going on five years. She is a great person, kind, sweet, and a great overall friend other than the things over notice she has done this last year or so. She plans things and doesn’t include me. I live 5 mins from downtown, and about 9 mins from a major club/bar area. She will be at these places, and doesn’t contact me. About two months ago she was at dinner with a friend at a famous restaurant in my two it’s 6 mins from my house she didn’t invite me. She went to a bar hoop about 15 mins from my home didn’t invite me. We started a vacation together and booked the date on a day i couldn’t go because of work.

When i ask her to go out she claims she tired, doesn’t have time, is busy, or has already made plans

I’m starting to think we truly aren’t friends. But most of all she is insensitive to me. When i ask her to compromise in regards to the vacation or time, she blows it off. How do i bring this up to her without coming off nasty.

TL;DR: friend never invites me out, leave me out of activities, doesn’t compromise on time, and refuses to go out with me. How do i let her know while keeping out friendship
