I can't get a concealed carry license because of a fucking warrant for "public camping"

I was arrested during one of Santa Monica PD's disgusting homeless sweeps last year. I had been cited twice before they finally put me in handcuffs, and I was told that my pleading guilty to disturbing the peace (which I regret, because taking those pieces of shit to court and then appealing my conviction would have cost them money) settled my tickets, but then I found out I had a warrant.

Every time my name's been run and I've been put in fucking handcuffs because OMG SHE HAS A WARRANT the Santa Monica pigs have said they don't want me back. But because I have this warrant, I can't get a cc. At least as far as I know, from looking up the application process in Lane and Multnomah counties.

Am I wrong? Could they review my application, with "do you have a warrant" checked, run my name, call SMPD and say "fuck it" because of how obviously stupid my warrant is and give me my precious cc license? Or am I going to have to go back to Santa Fucking Monica and clear this up?
