Chess.com stupid game abandonment rule
I just lost a 2 min 1 sec increment game on Chess.com because I "abandoned" the game. I literally was thinking for about a minute. Why is this considered abandoning the game? When there is a one second increment, it often makes sense to spend a minute on a critical position. You would think that Chess.com would have an abandonment detection algorithm that would be game content aware. As in, it wouldn't call the game for as abandonment if the evaluation is literally dead equal and the time control is 2|1. Anyone else had this problem? I was getting back into Chess.com due to puzzle rush but this is making me regret my decision.
