Microsoft Office Loading Animation

Does anyone else think Microsoft needs to optimize the loading screen for whenever anyone launches an Office 2016 application? I love their Office products, but that choppy loading animation when launching any of the Office apps gets kinda annoying. I'm 99% sure this choppy loading animation isn't because my PC sucks, since this is one of those hardcore workstation type PCs with the super powerful processors and stuff. Does this choppy loading happen to anyone else?
