Auckland New Zealand, looking for a speech therapist.

As the title says, I live in New Zealand, in Auckland on the North Shore. I'm looking for a speech therapist that can help with my voice. I'm MTF and am struggling a lot with practising on my own mostly because it's both way too embarrassing and dysphoric for me to do a lot of what guides on YouTube and that are saying.

I've basically just been speaking in the upper register of my voice (like not high high, but higher than my normal voice) which has made the dysphoria ease up a little but it's still killing me. I'm having a session with my therapist on the 14th on Jan, but I don't want to wait that long to ask where I can start looking for vocal training options.
