Need a muralist/graffiti artist in North Texas or just some advice.

My best friend and her boyfriend recently died in a car accident. He fell asleep at the wheel and they landed in a concrete embankment. My friends and I would like to host a cross-laying ceremony at the site in a few months.

I went today (a month after the wreck) to see the crash site. I was shocked to see that there was spray paint markings the crater as the point of impact, there were still gurney marks and blood on the concrete. The investigation has been closed and causes of death have been made public and cleanup by the city has already occurred. I don’t want her friends and family coming to a cross-laying ceremony and seeing that.

I would like to have someone cover the concrete embankment with a mural of some type so that when we gather, there will be something beautiful. I don’t care if it’s illegal, I’ll pay if I need to.

Anyone have any advice as to how to make this happen? Thank you in advance.
