Trying to get more FPS while screen Recording

While playing games, mostly Overwatch, I get around 140 FPS to 60 FPS during high activity times, but when I try to record while playing it drops to a constant 25-45 FPS making playing impossible. Of the following Items what could I upgrade to help this problem?

Windows 10

MotherBoard BIOSTAR TA970

Processor 3.8 AMD FX -4300 Quad-Core

16 g of memory*I can't remember the speed of it and don't know where to check*

300g 5200 speed hard drive and 1 gig solid state drive

NVidia GeForce GTX 970

I'm not super tech savvy and I bought all of this but the GPU in a kit off of new egg with the GPU coming later. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
