Question about work assignment

Can anyone point me at the exact text in the national agreement or anywhere about work assignment and overtime.

I am having difficulty with a regular where she is on work assignment and complains when we help with packages in the morning. She complains that we are taking her overtime from her but i have talked to different people and some say she isn’t guaranteed overtime and others say we shouldn’t be helping her at all.
