How do I know when I'm reading to join a guild that can do Ultimus 6?

My current guild is farming 5 easily but just isn't ready for 6 and don't seem like they will be for quite a while. I'm keen to see whether I can hang in a t6 guild but I'm not sure if my squad is ready. My total power is 441038, strongest team 130k. My account is only 90 days old but I'm doing pretty well for someone F2P. I'm very active and I think pretty decent at the game.

Edit: To be clear, I'm not trying to be recruited in this post I'm just trying to get a sense of where I need to be before I go through that process.
