UPDATE REQUEST: D-Pad Item Toggle

Can we please have the option to change L and R on the D-Pad to Toggle Items/Health in Blackout (Console?)

Emotes are definitely useful, but many of us would like the option to use R on the D-Pad to quickly switch between different types of equipment. Similarly, we’d like to use L to quickly switch between different healing items.

Thanks.
