Multisim Chip Model for DIP 22 5101 CMOS SRAM (256 4 Bit Words)

I'm looking for a multisim model of the 5101 CMOS DIP 22 SRAM chip I used in my Ben Eater inspired 8-Bit Breadboard Computer so that I can create a multisim model (so it takes 1 try to get this pcb right). Where can I find such a model? (it's not in the stock libraries I have with multisim education).

If one really does not exist, I have 3 questions:

1. Is there a DIP 22 chip with the same pinout and identical functionality I don't know about?

2. What resources would teach me how to make my own chip models for multisim?

3. Would anyone here be interested in a one-off contract deal to make the model of the 5101 chip for me (how much would you want $$ wise)?
