Pc speed adjustment

Hello fellow pc gamers, Amd A10-7850K processor Gtx 750ti 2gb gpu 16gb of ram

My gaming pc is kind of slow and wondering if there is a way to improve the speed like I see videos of other computers that are kind of built the same. I mean it is not bad gaming on it but it could be better. If any of you have tips to improve the speed and get max FPS out of this pc it would be great. Over clocking the cpu and ram always cause a crash with the pc. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13004871
