Still waiting for changelly to complete transaction after 7 hours

I have made transaction on changelly worth 1.5 btc but I am still waiting for the transaction after 7 hours. Is anybody else have issue today? How long time does it take for such transaction to complete?

EDIT: hopefully they eventually refunded my bitcoin and I could recover my life savings. They take so much time and ask me to provide a new bitcoin address for the refund because they don't know how to send bitcoin to address starting bc1....!!!!

When you try to exchange more than $10k they will freeze transactions and ask for documents. I don't recommend and will never use them again.
