Flare Gun drop ratio?

Hi all;

We know that the "drop" when you call a Flare Gun signal can be a Car, or a loot with awesome gear.

Whats the ratio of all those chances?

I tought it were like 80%car/ 20% loot, because my lasts ~20 flare guns i got like 17 cars.

But when I see any1 else calling the flare gun, its ALWAYS the loot :/

Is my account cursed ou something? I am thinking in create a new one...

Or thats the normal chance?
