Is it possible to play in full screen without having a tiny UI?

Question

So I've just come back to OSRS after a short break from the game and I seem to have lost the ability to play in full screen without the UI becoming tiny as shown in the following screenshot. https://imgur.com/ZYpGXCk It may not look that bad in the screenshot due to it being small but when that is stretched out over your entire monitor it becomes and absolute pain to look at and play due to how spread out and small everything is. I'm legit having to relearn Pking and some of the higher level PVM because the muscle memory I did have for gear switches, eats, prayers, and the general clicks etc are now all over the place due to how small everything is and the placement of all the options and is in general a strain on the eyes when playing for longer than 30 minutes.

Previously I was able to put it into the re-sizable mode, make it full screen and then I'd put it back into back into fixed mode which would give me this cool resolution where I'd have a massive UI and decent sized game screen that would cover my entire monitor. Currently when I try this method it just puts it back to how it normally is in that tiny squished window with big black borders all around the outside of it. How it used to be was easy on the eyes, easy to click on things and generally made the game more fun and relaxing to play. The following screenshot shows how it used to be, remember that this covered my entire monitor. https://imgur.com/a/L5YSjDz

Does anyone have any work around for this sort of thing or am I stuck with it if I want to continue playing? It's a bit of a bummer if not because I can't see myself carrying on if it has to stay this way, any advice would be much appreciated.
