continuous bleeding

Back in March this year i got the implant (nexplanon). since then i’ve had continuous bleeding. some days lighter than others, but it still never stopped. Around 4 months ago i went to the doctors to get a pill (rigevidon) which was meant to help reset my body so that my period would only be for one week every month. after my first 3 months of the pill, the doctors told me to stop for a month and see how things went. sure enough, the continuous bleeding started again. i’m now back on the pill but my period week is very heavy, and during the 3 weeks of taking my pill each month i’m still bleeding very lightly when i shouldn’t be bleeding at all. anyone else had a similar experience or any advice?
