My friend ditched my Christmas party

So me and my friend group have a yearly christmas party where we do secret santa and things like that. You can see that I’ve posted here before about my friend group seperating. Now this year, I was told many days before that two of my friends couldnt make it. But about 20 minutes before the party started, my friend (A) texted our snapchat groupchat and said she couldn’t make it because her mom’s car broke down. I offered for my parents to pick her up, but then she said she’s two hours away with her mom’s boyfriend. I know this is not true, since her snapchat location said she was at her house basically all day. Right after she texted us, she stopped sharing her location with everybody.

Now the real advice I need is that I was her secret santa, I got her a ton of presents and stuff. Should I give her these, or just keep things for myself and give it to my other friends?

Tl;dr I got my friend a gift, she lied and said she couldn’t come to my party. Should I still give the gift or no?
