Doing a speed run competition with friends, looking for some advice.

I've played my fair share of this game, as have all my friends, so we are looking to do a speed run to see who can finish the main quest first. I'm wondering what you all would say is the best build to go for. What skills do you think I should focus on? What race should I play? Should I focus on bumping my Health, magika, or stamina when I level up? Etc. Any and all advice is appreciated!
