Why are there far more posts about hardware or software problems on here compared to the ps4 sub?

I own both X1X and PS4 Pro, so frequent both, and there always seems to be so many posts about hardware or software problems on here, while I see very little on r/PS4. It's at least a 10:1 ratio. Are there just more problems with Xbox equipment? Or are those sort of posts not allowed on ps4? Given that they have more subscribers over there, you'd expect at least the same amount, if not more, of fault-related posts.

Edit: here's a screenshot I just took of r/PS4, compared to an r/xboxone screen. The ps4 screenshot is roughly 50% longer than the x1 one. But count how many issues there are or people asking for help because of hardware or software problems on xboxone sub compared to ps4. Xbox sub has PS4 beat. It's always like this.
