What is the next move for me (16M) and this girl I just went on a date with (16F)

Hey everyone! I just went to dinner and then a play and then dessert yesterday with this girl who I've liked for a very long time! After our dinner and while we walked to the play, I said to her, "Assuming this isn't one, would you wanna go on a date?" and she goes "yeah I'd love to, And I'd consider this a date." So what's the move here? How can make things official after another date? Also note that she's really hard to read emotionally over text and snapchat because the girl pretty much said she likes me yet continues to leave me on opened and read sometimes which is weird.
