Is dodge-curse good to have?

I'm pretty new to the franchise and I'm finally going through and fusing new personas to get my roster stronger, but I'm torn between keeping an attack/evasion lowering skill to foes, or dodge-curse. I'm only asking because I'm on the 3rd palace and don't recall encountering many curse-based shadows, but I feel like they may become more abundant in future palaces.
