Bought the Ad-Free version, but the game hasn't updated or changed for me. Ads still after every game.

I emailed the developer twice in the past week, but Voodoo doesn't check their support email, apparently. I sent images of the purchase in my account, and gave them a week to respond, but got nothing. I filed for a refund, and google denied it, which makes doesn't make any sense, apparently you can buy something and not receive it, and that's google policy.

Am I missing something? Or did they just rob me of $4?
