Tips for a new lol player?

Hiya, I started playing lol earlier this week and I was wondering whether any of you could give me any tips on how to play Ahri? I hit level 12 earlier today, so please don't expect me to know anything advanced, but I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you in advance~
