Bowden Tube keeps popping out of the extruder coupler

I'm quite frustrated with this issue I'm having right now and can't find any solutions online.

I recently bought my v2 but about a week ago my bowden tube began popping out of the extruder mechanism. I couldn't get through any prints because it would knock out the tube. I heard on some post that someone else had a similar problem and found the stock extruder was garbage and had a shattered washer, so I opened mine up, and sure enough my washer was also shattered. So I replaced my extruder with this one. It went on fine except the tube kept popping out; I didn't actually fix anything. Finally, I also tried snipping the tube so the clamp had fresh material to grab onto, and that didn't change anything.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I don't know how to fix this problem. Is it the clamp? Is it the tube? Is it just my luck?
