[Identify] WWII(?) Soviet Era Watch found by Grandfather
Hi all,
My Polish grandfather served in WWII on the Eastern front. A few years ago he gave me this watch that he claimed to have found at the bottom of a well out in the field, though I'm not 100% sure how true that may be. There is no band and it currently does not work, albeit I have not taken it in to a shop to see if anything at all could be done. The words are in Russian, so I can't read what it says on the front or back. There is a Soviet star replacing the '12', with a picture of a tank underneath it. If anyone has any idea what it could be, or even just what the words say, I'm curious to know. Thanks!
