Is it possible to emigrate with an expensive chronic disability?

Hey! So to be clear here, I don't necessarily have plans to get out in the works at all, it's more of a "maybe one day I'll try my hand at that" but for now my plans are all pretty firmly in the US, at least as far as living goes. Vacationing is another thing.

Now something I've wondered about, is if I'd be able to get into other countries permanently with a condition I have. Currently it requires biweekly treatment at a hospital with a quarter-million fee a year. Thankfully my insurance covers this here, but if I ever wanted to up and move, would this be an obstacle wrt places that have free healthcare, or with my own insurance? I realise you don't know much about my insurance, and honestly neither do I, I'm not the primary holder of it, but it's UHC silver.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

I realise if I got the cure for my disorder it wouldn't be an issue after a few years post-that, but that's not really an option for me right now or probably ever (not expense, genetics).
