Gaming PC for $900-1000?

I just need it to be able to run Tekken 7 at a stable 60fps. I already have a keyboard and mouse but need a monitor too. I am from The U.S. (Illinois). Here are the "system requirements" for Tekken 7 off their steam page: RECOMMENDED:

• Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
• OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
• Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5 GHz or equivalent
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 equivalent or higher
• DirectX: Version 11
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Storage: 60 GB available space
• Sound Card: DirectX compatible soundcard or onboard chipset

I get what this means but idk where to buy or what brands to buy please help lol. anything cheaper than the price range is cool too btw ,':)
