Stuck in combat position with weapon disappeared

Hi, So I don't know if that bug happened to any of you but it's very annoying : What happens is I'm in combat mode with weapon shealthed and I'm in 1st person view, but when I turn 3rd person while doing an animation, my weapon disappears and I can't attack or unsheathe anymore, leaving me in the battle position but unable to attack and without weapon, if you know what could solve this problem it'd be great
