Shipping With USPS Priority Mail Medium Tube On Ebay

I have never used the Priority Mail Medium Tubes on eBay, I know they have four dimensions. If you round the dimensions to 38x7x6x6 would you just enter 38x7x6? Any help would be greatly appreciated I am having a hard time finding and credible answers.
