2019 will be the Year of Totodile

January's Community Day is expected to be Totodile. And even if Niantic gives us a curveball for January instead, February will be Totodile's turn. Getting good ones, getting shinies, getting Hydro Cannon, all normal CD goals.

But now, thanks to December's CD, there is a new expectation. After giving us one year-end event to allow people access to exclusive moves, people will be expecting the same in December 2019. Even if it does not happen, the precedent is set.

That means we will have 10-11 months of shiny-checking, searching for good ones, and getting luckies. For all of 2019, Totodile will be a valuable Pokemon to hunt and hoard.
