Breast Cancer and Marijuana use

I have been diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma of my left breast. It has since been removed.

The cancerous tumour is ER positive and PR positive and HER2 negative. It was also found in my lymph nodes. But since cleared of anywhere else in my body at this point. I am starting chemo this week.

I want to be careful I do not put to much THC into my system because i have read that it’s possible it can cause estrogen hormone growth which can trigger growth or spreading of more cancer cells.

The THC specifically works for my pain and everyday stresses through this life altering experience. Am I crazy and should give it up altogether? I know i could get into higher CBD grade but will miss the nice high of THC. I am in Canada and now have access to get anything I want legally.
