They want the public to assist, but they don’t actually want the public to assist. Because then they might point fingers at some of the not so Scandinavian looking “migrants.”

There are currently 500 unsolved murders in Sweden (population ~10 million)
In comparison, there are 31 unsolved murders in Norway (population ~5.4 million)
In the 90s, the Swedish police was able to solve around 80% of all murders, in 2015 that rate had dropped to 20%.
According to the police, the murders are coming from "criminal gangs".
I wonder what has changed in Sweden from the 90s until today...
