Anyone who's ever worked at or managed an OTS store

Has anyone who's managed and organized tournaments for OTS stores had any experiences ordering the older OTS/AP/TP/CP packs from Konami? My coworker said that Konami will try to grill you on why you're ordering them, but I wanted to inquire a bit more information. If so, what was it like? I used to work for an OTS store and I happened to see what was available for order through their website and I came across those older prize support sets.
