For NYE, it gets horribly crowded in Times Square and people can't move our leave for hours, so some opt to wear adult diapers... for reasons...

There's nearly a million people there and thousands of police officers and cameras. Unless they're into some really weird fetishes, like diapers, human waste, and voyeuism, which I have never heard of that combo of fetishes (DO NOT rule #34 me), I don't think that's a very high possibility.
