Red Like Roses Part II and Volume 6
Sorry if it's been brought up before, didn't see anything about it so...
Lyrics:
"But baby please don't do what I did, I don't want you to waste your life in vain"
Episode 3:
"How do I destroy Salem?
"You can't"
I wonder if she knew, she was the leader for their team after all. Or I guess, she now knows after what happened.

Well, we know that there will be no victory in strenght, so Salem won't be defeated by violent means. Rather, I have a personal theory that Silver Eyes, being God of Light's thing, can remove her Grimmification and maybe her immortality too. Not as a destructive force, but as a form of healing.
Miles said that Salel being a human-Grimm hybrid, it will be more complicated than just "boom, silver eyes". I mean, even before taking a jump into the Grimm pool Salem was already a petty and vengeful lady.
Considering that this Volume is getting into Silver Eyes and the history, is it possible Volume 7 ends the Salem arc with 8+ (they said there was 15 planned, right?) being a new story?
Yeah I kinda hope Salem isn’t the endgame. But on the other hand I don’t want another bigger baddy showing up.
I feel the same way. It's good if she stays because she's an effective villain. Though because this Volume gave us the backstory I feel like they're leading towards a close for this arc.
There doesn't need to be a new big bad after Salem. There are plenty of factions and other story points that could be explored in the afternoon of Salem. Perhaps a new world war from an agressive atlas?
I mean one doesn't have to show up. The gods of Light and Darkness have already made their presences known
the problem is her immortality comes form her god of light corruption. even if purged of the grimmification she would not be defeated, for it only inesifies her negative emotions. they would remain
