I don’t think there is a way to bypass the save action if you want each reminder as a separate note. I can make one that’ll list all the reminders in a single note that won’t require any input if you like?

Whoa, Thank you! nearly there! :) .... there is a dialog box that pops up asking me to OK each note. Is there a way to bypass that as otherwise i'll have to press this button a few hundred times!

Try this quick and dirty shortcut.

PS: that’ll be £2000.00 please 😁

Thank you! I'm a man of my word so I just PM'd you to see what you'd like :)

The last improve I think it could have is to not just pull the titles of the note but the whole website. Under

'Get details of reminders' it's set to title.

I tried setting this to NOTE but it doesn't give the full URL, just the main domain.

You can test this by going to a webpage in safari, click the share sheet, add the reminder.

Can anyone help improve this amazing shortcut by My4PawsCare?

Here you go, you do need to save, but only once.

This is only moving your incomplete reminders at the moment, if you want the completed ones as well let us know

I think it could be because I have over 500 notes.... maybe it can't cope as it worked ok with you.

This is what i see when the shortcut runs [https://imgur.com/a/uvgxNdB](https://imgur.com/a/uvgxNdB) just before it crashes.

This is a sample reminder [https://imgur.com/a/cHcCvmy](https://imgur.com/a/cHcCvmy) (Most are webpages are from share to reminders in the share sheet)

I think this is going beyond what I asked so it's ok if there's a full stop here :) I'm ***very*** thankful for your time!

Oh ok, it worked fine here with the urls & title combined ( tested with about 20 or so)
What do your reminder notes look like exactly?

A promise kept, a glass of wine is winging it's way to you as requested!! :)

Unfortunately, the last shortcut crashes out - I run the shortcut, it pops up with a note which I imagine should be populated but it's blank. There is a save note dialog box and then it crashes and disappears.

I’ve replied to your message with a link to a new shortcut that should do what you need xx

Nope but you really have been amazing! I'm putting this down to Apple's limitation of shortcuts so far.

In fact, as well as the drink, i'm giving you gold too as you're so dedicated!

Give this a go...if that’s no good then I’m afraid I’m fresh out of ideas

Thanks! Same crash :(

Sure! Even a text file, a spreadsheet, anything is fine :)

It’s not a problem, tbh I’d be surprised if 500 were too many. So maybe first I’ll try sending you the same code again in case that one is corrupted somehow, and if it still won’t work maybe we should try just adding the resulting list to a text file instead of the notes app? Assuming that’s ok you can always copy it manually to the notes app if having it there is important

This is more sensible! 53kb. It gives the URL but only the main URL not the webpage.

Screenshot below of what it generates. See the Reddit link? The URL should link to this post but it links to [reddit.com](https://reddit.com) instead

Thanks for the info,

Right then...last go

Maybe it’s me!
It’s good this is here as others in the world can benefit from your hard work and report on their findings. One of my reminders is maybe causing this to not function. Anyone tries this shortcut please report back 👍

For me, I get an 18mb file of the first hundred or so of my reminders and then it keeps repeating this in a loop until the txt or csv ends.

Ok, this one will save the list in a text file in the shortcuts folder of your iCloud files. Fingers crossed.
I can’t imagine why it could fail now unless there’s something strange and incompatible lurking within one of your reminders.

This one didn’t have any links next to the Reddit reminder. It did have some links for others but not all of them and they still were not the full url.

It’s the stubborn Steve jobs types (the good traits anyways) that persevere and get results!😎

Aww thanks , Dedicated/ stubborn / bloody minded, take yer pick lol

Actually a bit hopeful this’ll crack it 😳

Thanks! but nope, it doesn't take the **full URL** in the Reminder.

For example: I have used the share sheet on a webpage to note something in reminders like this page.

This link is in remidners https://www.reddit.com/r/shortcuts/comments/acuosb/comment/edb3fxy?st=JQJQFB3V&sh=343ad7fc

The shortcut just pulls out the top level URL: "www.Reddit.com”

Try this [one](https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/7f293ec0d1c34bd0a9262ee222ebf5e7). I recommend selecting one note because the multiple notes doesn’t work automatically you have to click save every time.

I'm not sure if this is even possible as this is quite a level of control which I'm sure Apple doesn't give.

I have a few hundred reminders.

I want to move them all into my notes (doesn't matter if it is one note or multiple notes..i'd prefer multiple).

Is there a shortcut that can do this?

Move reminders to notes app - i'd pay for this
