The one time my fire team partner fell asleep on firewatch in the field during BMQ they made him stay awake for the next two nights. I lost a mag in the field and they made me carry a sledge hammer around for a lil bit. Our staff weren’t super into jacking people up but man, carrying a sledge hammer around on a ruck march sucks ass.

Pretty fun to watch someone shoulder one and yell "Bang! Bang! Bang!" during a defensive exercise, though.

They have a huge wooden version of the CFB Edmonton mealcard that is provided to any candidate that loses theirs. Always fun to see someone lugging that around.
