Yes and no.
Yes because DeviantArt indeed is a haven for all sorts of crazy nutcases. Especially when it comes to the infamous Sonic fandom, but over there literally every IP gets its beating and share of PTSD-inducing ideas spilled onto graphics editors.
And no because DeviantArt is a wallpaper and poster gold mine. https://www.deviantart.com/6thereaper/art/Sly-Cooper-in-Afternoon-Delight-687611424
You just gotta not take any of that shit seriously, or have a bad memory, or both.
Those are some really good fanarts, i guess you just have to know where to search.
If you like this, then I guess this is also mandatory: https://www.deviantart.com/freekaboo/art/coloring-page-645503764
Outside of DA and Paul Sullivan's released Sly 4 art, I've recently found some leaked hi-res Sly 3 concept cutscene art (Penelope, Panda King, and Carmelita shooting Tsao) - are those known around here?
I think the Sly 3 concept art is from this blog, but i could be wrong https://designraccoon.tumblr.com/post/181030668905/fire-in-the-sky-and-a-cold-alliance-gameplay
And I'm pretty sure not many people know about them around here.
Why was the DeviantArt sonic fandom infamous? I'm kinda outoftheloop here
For being one of the bigger fandoms out there, and as a result, featuring much more bad, and more importantly, obscene and disgusting content.
